Park Sierra was founded in the late 1980s as a non-profit, private membership, 55 + Escapees co-operative RV Community. A hearty group of full-time RVers worked together for more than two years to design and build the wonderful Park we enjoy today.
Park members continue that pioneer spirit and lovingly maintain and improve the Park today. We take great pride in our Park and are happy to share the beauty of the Sierra Nevada foothills and our mountain home with our personal guests and fellow SKP members.
Our 160-acre Park has 254 full-hookup sites, plus dry camping. There are five miles of paved roads and several miles of hiking trails.
The old Stagecoach Road to Yosemite passes through the Park. Coarsegold Creek acts as the border to the north 40 acres that have been left natural.
Our 12,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse is the hub of most activities and houses our business office, restrooms and showers, laundry, library, game room, exercise area and pantry.
Up on the North Slope, we have a professional horseshoe pit and a new Pickleball court.
We maintain a full calendar of social events. Visitors are always welcome to join in Park activities.
